Vein Doctor is a free doctor discovery and enquiry platform. We connect users looking for vascular surgeons and vein specialists with doctors and clinics, and our team. We do not directly own, operate or manage any doctors listed on the platform.
Free Service for Users
Submitting enquiries through Vein Doctor is completely free. We do not charge users any booking fee, service fee or commission. Our redoctor comes from doctor listing fees paid by doctor owners.
Accuracy of Information
Doctor information, pricing and availability is provided by doctor owners and is subject to change. Vein Doctor makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee that all details are current. Always confirm final pricing and availability directly with the doctor.
User Responsibilities
When using Vein Doctor, you agree to:
Provide accurate contact information when submitting enquiries
Not submit fake or spam enquiries
Not attempt to access admin areas or other users' accounts
Not scrape, copy or republish doctor listings without permission
Doctor Owner Responsibilities
Doctor owners who list on Vein Doctor agree to:
Provide accurate information about their doctor, pricing and availability
Respond to leads in a timely manner
Not misrepresent their doctor or services
Honour prices quoted through the platform in good faith
Limitation of Liability
Vein Doctor is not liable for any disputes, damages or losses arising from doctor bookings made through the platform. We are a discovery and introductory service only. Any contract for doctor hire is between the user and the doctor owner directly.
Intellectual Property
All content on Vein Doctor including text, logos, images and code is the property of Vein Doctor or its licensors. Doctor photos remain the property of doctor owners. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Vein Doctor after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
